Policies
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Payment in US funds may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, cashier’s check or money order. We do not accept personal checks. You may place an order through our secure website, call, fax or email.
- Angela’s Collection respects the privacy rights of our customers. Your credit card information, address, email address or other personal information will not be shared.
- NY residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All products can be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks after purchase. 15% restocking fee will be applied. All items must be returned as received, unworn, keeping all labels and including original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All customers must be 18 or older to place an order on our website.

Ship us your shoes, and we can manufacture an exact REPLICATE of them for you! Our skilled crafsmen can reproduce any shoe, boot or sandal and we can customize the shoe for you, if needed.

Step #1: Ship us your shoes or leather products. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone #.
Step #2: When we receive your shoes or leather items, we inspect them and give call you with a price quote for the repair. For leather items, we ask that you contact us in advance of shipping.
Step #3: If you like our price, call us back and authorize us to perform the work and provide a credit card # and we’ll perform the repair and ship them via UPS directly to you. Shoe repairs typically take only 3-5 days. Leather repairs may take longer.
